Kimmy and the birthday queen!

This is me and my good friend Ray. I am the one who is NOT wearing the tiara. Ray turned 50 this past week, so to celebrate, he threw a party. A huge party. I don't think my own wedding reception was that involved...but it was what he wanted, and whatever Ray wants, Ray gets. It was a great party, with 150+ of his closest friends.....he sat on his throne and greeted them as they entered the party, and cut his cake with a sword... I am very lucky to have him in my life, as he is one of the most original real people i have ever met. Once you meet him you won't ever forget him. And he is 50...but like a fine wine, he improves with age....and you can't beat having a friend who owns his own tiara..and who would let you borrow it if you asked! Happy Birthday Ray! You know I love ya! PS..and yes he does look slightly like Sir Elton..he gets that all of the time!
