I am not one to make resolutions, due to the fact that like most, I never keep them. I did last year decide to make some life changes, like going back to school, which I have done and focus more on family which of course is a daily happening..when I am not out doing the secret spy thing.
School starts back in 3 days, and this semester I am taking a full course load...
- Early Christianity-The Reformation
- Culture and Ideas- French Revolution to present.
- Roman Civilization
- How Words Work (An introduction to morphology, syntax, and etymology in selected Indo-European languages)
- Topics in Literature-Apocalyptic, Utopian and Dystopian Writing.
I have read 2.5 out of the 5 books on the Canada Reads 2009 list..I am waiting for two more to come in to the bookstore as they are in reprint...
Lastly, a few photos of what we did over the Holidays.
First a picture of Bug opening her mystery present found on our front porch...and the last one is of my singing at a Holiday jam session with musicians and friends I used to play with. While I only did back up vocals, it reminded me how much I miss it...and them.
Off to de-Christmas the house.
Another one bites the timeline. You should have posted a pic of the other kid. We have more than one you know! BTW, nice hat. When does your teak one come in?
